How do I log into the SurveyMonkey account linked to my L4G web app account?

When you build a feedback survey on the L4G web app, you automatically build it in SurveyMonkey as well. During Step 3, you go directly into SurveyMonkey to analyze your data from the survey. You may also need to go into SurveyMonkey at other times.

You can access your SurveyMonkey account through the web app or sign-in through SurveyMonkey using the Single Sign-on (“SSO”) feature.

Sign-In Through the L4G Web App

1. On the bottom of the Step 3 "Analyzing Your Quantitative Data" page or the "Analyzing Your Qualitative Data" page of the web app, scroll down to and click the “Login to SurveyMonkey to see full results” button. This will take you to the Analysis section on SurveyMonkey for your survey. 

 Sign-In Through SurveyMonkey Using The Single Sign-On (“SSO”) Feature

1. Go to the SurveyMonkey login page
2. Select “Log in with SSO”:

3. Enter the email associated with your L4G account
4. You will be redirected to the L4G web app. There, input your L4G account credentials (email and password).
5. On successful login, you are then redirected back into SurveyMonkey
